Dr. Ryozawa is an expert endoscopist in the field of ERCP related procedure and Interventional EUS. He is a Professor and Chairman of department of Gastroenterology at Saitama Medical University and Director of Endoscopy Center at Saitama Medical University International Medical Center. Dr. Ryozawa graduated from Yamaguchi University in 1991 and took his PhD in 1997. He worked at Department of Endoscopy in Hamburg University Eppendorf Hospital (Prof. Nib Soehendra) from 2000 to 2001. He serves as a reviewer for over 10 journals and a Councilor of Japanese Society of Gastroenterology, Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society, Japan Pancreas Society and Japan Biliary Association. He has been invited for many domestic and international live demonstrations.
