Dr. Tadakazu Hisamatsu, FACG, AGAF is a Professor and Chair of Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Kyorin University Shool of Medicine, Tokyo, Japan. His specialty is IBD and he is a member of ECCO, AGA and ACG. He is also an Editorial Board member of Inflammatory Bowel Disease. He is a board member of the Japanese Society for Inflammatory Bowel DIsease (JSIBD) and chair of the educational committee of the Asian Organization for Crohn's and Colitis (AOCC). Since 2020, he has been a chair person of the Japan Sciences Research Grant for Research on Intractable Diseases (Japanese Inflammatory Bowel Disease Research Group) affiliated with the Japan Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
